The world gave them a name called "different".
The special abilities of the 'extraordinary' are very complex, and because they were awakened as children, they were unable to control their abilities, so some scientists created a suppressor.
But in order to better let the "different" control their own abilities, the original "different" collective created many illusory worlds where the "different" can exert their own abilities, and called these illusory worlds "Illusion City"
