Born in a pastry family, I grew up eating pastries made by my parents. Whether it's my mother's pineapple cake, dragon and phoenix crystal cake, or my father's tiramisu or brownies, they are all my favorites. I love pastries, but I enjoy the process of making them even more! Watching every pastry come out of my hands, and seeing the happy smile of every person who tastes my pastry, I am very happy that God has given me the unique talent that allows me to continue to advance in the dessert world!
