Du Ruo was killing time while on duty and read a novel "The Little Wife Dressed as a President and Runs With Balls." The heroine in the book is Bai Lianhua, who traveled back in time to the Mary Sue novel to be a surrogate mother for the president. Du Ruo, a passerby with the same name in the novel, is a doctor.
