When editor Xu Yichi was sorting through the letters of the late writer Ms. Cheng, she discovered a profound sentence. When she searched for the source of the letters, she discovered a love story full of regrets.
The inspiration comes from a passage: "Don't delay until spring" Rilke wrote to Tsvetaeva in August 1926, which is concise and clear. The reply was to her previous letter, saying she wanted to see him. Tsvetaeva repeatedly thought about the time and place when the two met, and their expressions and actions after the meeting, but this sentence, "Don't delay it until spring", was Rilke's last hint, and she failed to understand him. In the late winter of that year, he died of illness.
