The Three Qingcheng Tycoons refer to Hong Qingrong, Tu Yuesheng, and Chang Xiaoying. These three people were originally hooligans from remote villages. They had worked as apprentices at Zhongcui's painting shop in Peking, as workers in Guangdong Pharmaceutical Factory, and as foot washers at Shanghai Health City. The three of them later made patrols in Qingcheng with a little bit of boxing and kicking skills. The three tycoons each have their own strengths. Hong Qingrong is good at scheming, Tu Yuesheng is good at communication, and Chang Xiaoying is good at handling money. After years of hard work, the Qing Gang was established in Qingcheng, and its influence spread throughout Qingcheng. As long as they are worthy of their name, nine times out of ten they are from the Qing Gang. People in Qingcheng call these three tycoons "Kings of Qingcheng".
