I have been thinking about speaking up for people with depression for a long time. This is a group of people who don't get the right care.
Why do you say that? Because I am a patient myself.
This group of people may be laughing, joking, chatting and laughing on the surface, just like normal people. So when they muster up the courage to tell the people they trust most that they have depression, they will only be treated as a joke.
But who knows that their hearts are really already overgrown with dead trees and gloomy.
When you lose all interest in life, when you feel that life has lost its meaning... Maybe no one can understand the pain. They also often doubt themselves, what on earth they are living for...
So... For what purpose...
Maybe it was to be worthy of the beam of light shining into the abyss.
So, why did I name this work after this title?

I hope that babies suffering from depression will not give up on themselves, and do not hurt those who are willing to care and accompany you. Do not close your heart, try to let them come into your heart, and then try to follow them to come out of the abyss.
