Article 23 of the General Principles of the Civil Law states that if a citizen has been missing for two years, an interested party may apply to the People's Court to declare him a missing person. There are tens of thousands of entries published in the Missing Persons Archives, but only a few of them can actually be found. But even if there is only one ten thousandth of hope, some people have never given up. Maybe I'll write this as a free extra for Bones when I have time, it depends on the time~ Purpose: to find the whereabouts of the missing, investigate the truth of unsolved cases, move forward courageously, and strive for self-improvement.
