Zhao Zheng changed his reign to Chang Le, and the Queen Mother listened to the government behind the curtain. In the ninth year of Changle, the Queen Mother died of illness, and Zhao Zheng took charge. The reign name was changed to Yong'an, Emperor Xuanwen was honored as Emperor Xuan Xiaowen, and the Queen Mother was named Queen Xiaowen. After Zhao Zheng took office, Prime Minister Li Yu and General Lin Shixian successively plotted rebellions and set up an anti-Zhao banner. Zhao Zheng was forced to flee outside Beijing and began to seize power.
