Rong Xue was a concubine raised in the mountains by the Duke's palace. One day, her aunt, who had always regarded her as a thorn in her side, sent someone to welcome her. As soon as she entered the house, her aunt put her under house arrest, asking her to marry the declining and unpopular Prince of the East Palace in her stead.
