Ding dong ding dong, the wind chimes rang. Peter stretched out and changed his position to lie on the soft cushion. A girl lifted the curtain and walked in.
"Hello, this is Tingfeng Tavern. What would you like to drink?"
"Well... Make me a glass of 'To Be Continued'." The girl seemed particularly interested in the names on the wine list, flipping through it gently, "By the way, I heard that you can record other people's stories here, right?"
"Yes, it pays for the wine." I brought the mixed wine in front of her, "What song do you want to listen to?"
"Whatever." She fiddled with the cup and her eyes fell on Pete - that fat white cat was always liked by girls, "What's his name?"
"Pete." I turned the music to the soothing Daylight of the evening, made myself a margarita, and sat down across from her.
"Pity, pity." The girl took a small sip of the wine and put down the glass. The warm afternoon sun passed through the glass, coating the blue liquid with a golden halo. "It tastes good." She leaned back on the sofa and assumed a comfortable position, "Can I start?"
"Of course, you can anytime." The breeze floated, and the girl's story was left in the Tingfeng Tavern.
Many years later, the girl back then was already over fifty years old, but she still smiled so brightly. She ordered a glass of "To Be Continued" and was here alone to reminisce about her little secrets from back then.
