Hundreds of years later, the number of humans on the earth has reached its limit. As a last resort, the United Nations implemented the "Ocean Plan" to abandon half of the population of each country in the ocean.
The abandoned humans evolved with resentment and eventually became sea people.
In the end, the sea people completed their revenge, and mankind ceased to exist.
