The author is my eldest son, an Australian boy under 7 years old.
He has loved listening to me tell stories since he was a child, and now it is his turn to tell his own stories to his beloved younger brother.
This is the second book he has written. The first was a purely handmade English picture book. The illustrations and story content were all completed by himself, and I assisted him in organizing it into a volume. There are 8 pages in total, each page has his own hand-drawn illustrations and hand-written story content. He gave it as a gift to the first teacher who taught him in elementary school, and that teacher still treasures it.
As long as he has inspiration, even after bedtime, my husband and I will encourage him to record it. Sometimes we use the Xiyarama app to record audio stories and upload them to share with everyone (the author's name is: La Ma and Chris, the album name is: "Storytelling by 6-year-old Chris"). Now I have discovered that this platform is good, allowing him to write the text on the computer and save it.
I am very grateful that this platform can preserve a child's whimsical thoughts and turn his childhood into a world of imagination.
