One day in 1899, London fell. The bustling city of mist was wiped off the map of the British Empire and sunk thirty miles beneath the surface. In the deep underground where the sun cannot reach, strange islands emerge from the mysterious dark sea, mysterious monsters are watching eagerly, hustle and bustle and conspiracies are constantly being staged... So far, many documents have introduced the underground epics of that era. Pens, ink, and blank, misshapen pages were all the rage in fallen London. Some pursue fame, some explore art, and some simply enjoy the company of bohemians. Ravenna A. Nevamore is a rising star among these underground authors. He spent a poor and difficult childhood in a naughty gang, and set foot in countless honey caves and taverns in veiled gardens, or tracked murders as a detective's assistant, or was corrupted by madness while sailing on the Sunless Sea, or became an informant in hell and got involved in the Great Game. As the century changed, London moved to the high heavens, and the territory of the new empire spread across the sky. The stories he wrote spanned thirty years and were sung among the stars.
