Love paranoia is a manifestation of thinking content disorder. The patient firmly believes that he is loved by others, so he adopts corresponding behaviors to pursue the other person. Even if he is severely rejected by the other person, he still has no doubts. He thinks that the other person is testing his loyalty to love, and he still keeps pestering him repeatedly.
