Some people actually have misunderstandings about fan fiction, and always think that no matter how they write, it is just a continuation of the story. But the fanfic itself is just about realizing a dream, so being more realistic is a bit less fun.
When I was fifteen, a friend recommended "Flower Thousand Bones" to me. I only read the chapter "Water Ghost Blocking the Road" and gave up on the novel. Later, when the TV series was on the air, I was busy with my studies and watched a lot of it sporadically on weekends and holidays. People pity her for being a widowed woman with completely different fates. As I get older, I just fall in love with that flash of red. I always feel that Mantian's life shouldn't be like this. I want to write about what would happen if she had a sister and she no longer had to bear the burden of the sect, but was just a happy and protected little girl.
