Depression is like a bad cold. Although you can get better by taking medicine, you don't know when it will come back again. When you see someone burst out laughing at a joke that isn't funny, that's probably me. When you see someone in the cinema bursting into tears because of an incomprehensible line, that's probably "me" too. "I" don't know why I got sick, and I don't know how to recover, so "I" often fall into confusion and wonder whether there is any meaning in my future life. "I", like you, long for sunshine and positive energy, but no matter how hard "I" try, depression can't be shaken off like "my" shadow. "I" hoped that "I" could heal "I" myself, but in the end I found that it was not "I" who could heal "I", but "you".
