'The Buddha told Subhuti: Bodhisattvas and Mahasattvas should surrender their minds in this way! All sentient beings: whether they are born from an egg, from a womb, from moisture, or from transformation; whether they have form, whether they are colorless, whether they have thoughts, whether they have no thoughts, whether they have thoughts, and whether they have no thoughts, I will cause them to enter Nirvana without any residue and be annihilated. In this way, countless and boundless sentient beings can be annihilated. In fact, all sentient beings can be annihilated. Why? Subhuti! If Bodhi has the characteristics of self, human beings, sentient beings, and longevity, then it is not a Bodhisattva'--"Diamond Sutra"
