No heroine! Gong Dou is quite Buddhist, and the character design is a little bit borrowed from the characters in The Red Mansion, but it does not completely correspond to the character and destiny. But there are quite a lot of Easter eggs in Red Mansions.
It is an imaginary story about the Qing Dynasty, not time travel, and has no female protagonist.
It's POV. The narrative perspective of each chapter is different. There is no absolute protagonist, which makes it easier to prepare lunch boxes.
