In 2003, my alma mater sent China's first batch of Chinese teaching volunteers abroad, and a few years later I was honored to become one of them. Before me, the number of volunteers was only a few hundred, and the conditions were difficult; after me, Hanban sent thousands of volunteers to various countries every year, and the conditions gradually improved. Time flies, and I would like to write my heart out in my handwriting to pay tribute to those Chinese language promotion volunteers who were and are passionate about serving the country.
