"Ming Street": formerly known as "Lotus City", it was named after a Guanyin sitting on a lotus at the entrance of the city. Later, it was named "Mingjie", which means "lifeless street" because of the bloodbath in a gang war decades ago.
Taking the cross direction of "Ming Street" as the axis, the four major gangs of "Dong Gang", "Nan Faction", "Xicheng" and "Beifu" jointly manage this prosperous city with a population of about 9 million.
There are constant contradictions and conflicts among its gangs, and the foreign gangs are still eyeing "Ming Street". This makes the city seem to be prosperous and singing every night, but in fact, it is plagued by internal and external troubles and dark waves.
