An ordinary girl who has not been "other people's children" since she was a child suddenly came up with the idea of wanting to be admitted to Peking University for some reasons, and agreed to be admitted together with the top students in her class. However, she failed miserably in the college entrance examination and did not dare to repeat her studies. She entered an unsatisfactory university and spent three or four years in frustration. Because of her unwillingness, self-esteem and strong desire to prove herself, she went through all kinds of hardships to pass the postgraduate entrance examination to Peking University. She had always been unsure of herself and thought that after stepping through the gate of Yanyuan, she would be able to shine like the top students she had looked up to since childhood, but things were not as simple as she thought. After entering Peking University, she encountered more challenges and saw a higher platform. There were too many capable people around her, and she became smaller and smaller. Family, undergraduate school and everything in the past came roaring back, leaving an indelible mark on her body. Deep in the vast Yanyuan, she became more and more inferior to herself, could not find herself more and more, and could not see the future path more and more clearly.
But she never gave up on herself, never stopped exploring herself and changing herself. She was once intolerant, had low self-esteem, and condemned herself countless times, but now she has learned to reconcile with herself, broaden her mind, learn self-discipline and grow.
The road to Yanyuan made her change a lot. She began to learn not to admire other people's children, but to find her own life down to earth. During the spring, summer, autumn and winter spent in Yanyuan, she walked through Weiming Lake, walked through Boya Tower, and passed her 22 years old. In the future, she will continue to walk, taking everything given by Yanyuan towards her own life.
