Xiaoying was originally an urban planning designer, but eight years later she gave up her glamorous job as a designer and worked as a waitress in a hot spring hotel in a foreign country. The reason was only known to her.
On the first day of official employment, Xiaoying met a Japanese soldier who spoke Chinese like her in the mountains. The invisible rope brought the two together, but fate was always unsatisfactory.
