I read a story from the Heian period in Japan. Two wives of a high official gave birth to a child at the same time, a boy and a girl. However, the boy's personality was like that of a girl, and the girl's personality was like that of a boy. This gave adults a headache. I'm actually not sure what a boy should be like and what a girl should be like, but because this disharmony triggered a lot of imagination, I wrote a story using this joke. The only thing borrowed is this gag. The story and characters are completely different, and the background is set in the late Qing Dynasty in China. Why put it in the late Qing Dynasty? Well, of course there is a reason for this. The real historical figures and events appearing in the story will be changed as necessary.
