Before I wrote The Legend of Mountains and Seas, I had been imagining a realistic adventure story that uses science to explain metaphysics, but I didn't want it to be a simple popular novel about treasure hunting and gold mining. I still think that a novel must at least have some truly positive ideological spirit and correct moral values and values, so when I created the protagonists and supporting characters, I also described them as people at the bottom of society. I don't want the entire plot structure of the story to be simply an adventure, but more of a war between people for profit. Various forces will slowly surface. Compared with supernatural legends about gods and ghosts, I want my readers to see that the dark side of human beings is the most terrifying thing in the world. The entire adventure part will still not leave the category of fantasy adventure. There will still be many supernatural phenomena and various rare and exotic animals. However, the biggest enemy in front of the protagonist is still his own kind driven by interests.
In this novel, everyone may be a ghost, and everyone may be a god. I hope that this work can give viewers a clear idea that all good and evil in the world are just choices between one thought, one thought of heaven and one thought of hell. Therefore, there are no absolute good guys and bad guys in this book, and all the plot trends revolve around people's thoughts. What I want to present in this work is not just a simple adventure. I also want to present something about human nature. At least I hope everyone can happily read this novel after dinner, and I hope it can get support.
