In a forest outside Baijiang King's City, raindrops fell like silver needles, and were violently beaten by the wind on Mo Fengchen's bamboo hat. He raised his head, and a delicate face was exposed. Bai Ji's skin, slightly pointed chin, thin lips, high bridge of nose, but the strange thing was his eyes, which exuded a faint blue light.
Next to Mo Fengchen, a man with bloody clothes stuck his sword in the soil, holding himself back from falling. The air was filled with the smell of blood, which was vaguely nauseating. Mo Fengchen looked at the approaching black shadow in the distance, and said sideways to the man next to him: "Luochen, there is a hillside not far behind us. Maybe you can get a chance to survive by going down there."
Luochen asked: "What about you?"
Mo Fengchen raised the black sword in his hand and said, "Attract their attention."
"Then I'll attract their attention. You go first."
Mo Fengchen frowned slightly and said, "Listen, do you think you can still handle the sword now? You can't even stand still."
"Then I won't leave alone." Luo Chen's eyes were red.
Mo Fengchen patted him on the shoulder: "I'm fine. You go first and I'll be there later."
Luo Chen stubbornly turned his head away and refused to look at him.
Mo Fengchen smiled bitterly and struck him in the back of the neck with a knife. When Luo Chen realized it, it was already too late. His vision went dark and he lost consciousness. He caught his limp body and ran towards the hillside, throwing him down. He clapped his hands and called it a day. He closed his eyes and said, "I'm afraid this is going to happen tonight. Your survival is the best reward for me."
A figure suddenly approached. Mo Fengchen was injured and his brain was a little slow. He had no time to react. He felt pain in his neck and passed out.
