The story of a woman in the Republic of China during her girlhood, her lover, and the people around her.
"Tongcheng", where the story takes place, is located in a corner of the south of the Yangtze River. It has not been affected by the war. It is a fictional place and has nothing to do with the real Tongcheng. Except for Tongcheng and a few small places, other cities in the story actually exist.
I consulted historical materials and tried to integrate the stories that happened into history, but I mainly described the lives and emotions of small people.
Finally, I hope that we Chinese can all remember history and work hard!
