In this Splendid City, whoever owns Noctua is the king.
Noctua is small, fragile, and everywhere. Moreover, it was born to put out fires and live toward death, so there is nothing it can't do. Even if one of them can't do it, there will be thousands of others who will not be afraid of death.
People hate it and despise it, because once they are targeted by it, it is impossible to get rid of it; and they all want to get it. With it, they can know everything about the world and get rid of anyone who dislikes it. Therefore, whoever gets the noctua will get the world.
Even if people in the world bully me and hate me, I will still live proudly out of their reach.
