"Do you like the sea?"
The girl's clear voice echoed in his dream again.
The dream was a deep blue, and he saw a girl in white swimming towards him from a distance. The tail of her skirt turned into dots of blue light, like a white dolphin splashing in the sea.
"Do you believe..." She asked in a soft voice, word by word slowly, "Do you believe... Me?"
The girl's eyes were full of expectation, and he was stunned for a moment, then a smile appeared on his lips.
Just like many years ago, the girl in the rainy night raised her head, opened her tearful eyes, and asked him, "Do you believe me?"
He reached out and hugged the girl. Even though the girl turned into stars and scattered in the darkness, he still replied, "Jingni, I believe you."
At five o'clock in the morning, S City was still in the sleepiness of the night. He opened his eyes, sat on the sofa, supported his head with one hand, and his black hair stuck to his forehead one by one due to sweat. He smiled helplessly and sighed. He still had two hours to himself before today's work began.
Two more hours to miss her.
Like many mornings before, after washing, he would take care of the flowers she planted in the garden of the villa.
Those flowers, just like her, will never wither.
