A few years ago, my unit participated in the Beijing Radio Station's essay competition. In the unit's primary selection for awards, my writing skills were acceptable, but I actually fell short. Didn't even get a consolation prize. Fortunately, all the participating articles were sent to the Beijing Radio Station by the unit. My article was actually broadcast on the Beijing Radio Station and was awarded the third prize.
