The story takes place in an old suburban town. Every fifteen years, a bizarre and unbelievable case occurs. Half of the face of each deceased person is cut off. The death is miserable and chilling. One is a new police officer who is enthusiastic and passionate, and vows to find out the truth; the other is a relative of the deceased who pursues the truth without hesitation.
