This is a record of my dealings with many business owners during my more than ten years of management and technical work; among them were bosses from farmers, serving officials, and second-generation rich female bosses. In the book, there is a ridiculous incident in which I was involved in a road robbery; there is also a tragic incident in which I worked for a friend and was falsely accused. There is the sadness of being searched and having wages deducted by the boss of a private enterprise; there is also the joy of winning in defending rights. The book also describes the development history and current situation of private enterprises; there are also stories that happened to workers and bosses.
