The Ji family has three sons. The eldest son and the second son are twins. Although they have different appearances, they have similar hearts. When the Western Zhou Dynasty destroyed the country, the head of the Ji family, the grandfather of Ji Bochu and Ji Zhongling, wanted to refine magic weapons to reverse the decline of the Western Zhou Dynasty, so he sacrificed the twins. The two sons ran away after learning about it. Hou Zhongling was captured and sacrificed his sword. The sword was robbed on its way to the palace, and the person who robbed it was Bo Chu. Bo Chu slaughtered the entire Ji family with a sword. Although his youngest brother Shu Yan was not killed by him, he slipped and fell into the sword furnace while running away with his mother. After that, Bo Chu killed himself with the sword. Later generations called the sword the Chu Ling Sword. Ou Yezi, the famous swordsmith, said that the sword was a broken sword and was too violent. Although it was a magic weapon, it was not a good sword. Anyone who gets this sword later is a murderer and will never end well. Ou Yezi visited this sword and was given a trapped soul lock as a gift to lock it in his tomb. When Ou Yezi died, a sword he had not forged was buried with him.
