Nalan Xingde (1655 - 1685), whose original name was Chengde, also given the courtesy name Rongruo, was born in Lengjia Mountain and was born in Zhenghuang Banner Manchuria. He was a famous poet in the early Qing Dynasty. He was one of the three most famous poets in the Qing Dynasty's poetry circle with Xiang Hongzuo and Jiang Chunlin.
