This is a short novel (only a few thousand words) that I wrote to participate in the "One One" Cup last time.
It's a pity that I was not shortlisted
But I had a lot of fun writing it, and I want to share it with everyone.
It's roughly about a high school girl who fell in love with a barber shop guy at first sight because of his appearance and behavior, and then tried to find a way to get close to him. Later, after they got to know each other better, their feelings changed again.
What I want to express is very simple, just two conveniences:
First of all, girls at the age of 17 or 18 yearn for all beautiful things. They strive to touch and accept the feedback of reality (whether it is sweetness or shock), which is extremely precious.
The second is a small exploration on the concept of love. Is there any truth in the ancient Chinese idea of "a well-matched match"? If two people have different levels of education, different ideas, and after a thorough understanding, they find that their words and deeds are also "different", do you still want such a relationship? Can you still bear or tolerate such feelings?
