"You look a lot like our old dog," she smiled, showing a row of white and neat teeth, "How about you follow me?"
The boy just stared at the bonfire blankly, as if he didn't hear anything.
"It's so cold, but that's right. You are a unique existence after all, and we can't understand each other." She moved the firewood with a relaxed look on her face, "I'll just call you Utana. Here, have some soup."
She handed the boy a bowl of thick rice soup, not minding his indifferent expression at all, "We will have the strength to go on the road only after we eat. After all, our journey is to the stars and the sea!"
"There are many things I want to protect, but I can only save myself."
"But you are different."
"I hope you can save yourself."
"Praise be to you, my god."
