It's probably similar to Shen Xia's background, but it doesn't matter if it's viewed as a fiction. The background has been changed to a mess, and the character settings have also been changed to a mess - although this is just to satisfy the external appearance control.
In fact, my initial thought was just to see Mo Niang dressed as a woman.
