It's probably a story about Jarvis carrying nine tsums including Captain, Winter Soldier, Black Widow, Hawkeye, Spidey, Thor, Evil God, Hulk, and Tin Can. He met various people along the way and gave away the tsums.
Maybe a bit pseudo-fairy tale style? Maybe it's AU? After all, if it weren't for AU, so many chaotic timelines fighting against each other would not be able to come together...
