The story "Island Country" is actually about the author's own discovery and exploration of his own heart.
I quite like this type of writing. It is both fantasy and reality, gorgeous and wonderful, with a sense of stream of consciousness. Although the plot is a bit dull, it is very comfortable to read, slowly, like a clear spring flowing into your heart.
The story begins with a boy falling into a magical island, and this island is an extension of the boy's inner world. The girl with a balloon tied to her waist, the rabbit king, the autistic crow, and all kinds of wonderful adventures are woven together to form a fairy tale world like Alice in Wonderland. The author turns one inner image after another into an illusion and puts it into the "island country", starting a story of a young man who finds his inner self.
