The article tells the story of the male protagonist getting leukemia and not knowing it. The heroine later left him and wrote a letter to the heroine's brother, asking her brother to read it to her after she was admitted to college. The letter asked her to stay strong and live, and the heroine went from being sad to standing up after reading the letter.
