Huangnitang Village is not big, with two horizontal and vertical roads dividing the entire village into four blocks. Each block is filled with old and new houses, narrow and winding alleys, and fruit trees here and there.
The village is surrounded by a bamboo forest, and outside the bamboo forest is a circle of large and small ponds. Beside the largest pond at the head of the village, there is a big banyan tree that is older than the village. Most of the branches and leaves of the big banyan tree lie across the pond.
