Before she became Shikame Himika, she was thinking about how to end her life quickly.

In the end, she made that wish on behalf of Madoka Shikama, but after becoming a god, her mentality was distorted because she didn't really want to save magical girls.
After seeing that Shikama Madoka had spent her life smoothly, she decided to leave there. With the desire for a new life, she opened the door to another world.
When she came to the new world, her disembodied consciousness was captured by Moon++Cell, and she transformed into the electronic world of the fictional world Serial++Phantasm, or SE. RA. PH for short, and became an NPC.
By chance, she awakened the memory of her time as a human and became qualified to become a Master.
While participating in the Holy Grail War with the summoned Servant++Saber++ Nero Claudius, his memory was maliciously tampered with for some unknown reason.
When he woke up, he found that he had left the surface of the moon and was taken to the inside of the moon. He also lost his memory after the Holy Grail War.
