Today when you go out, you pass countless people you have never met before. Each of these people has their own background, but you don't go out of your way to understand them. However, have you ever thought about those classmates, colleagues, friends, and even lovers who are often around you? Do you really know them? People always have some secrets of their own. As for the "people" who belong to the shadow alien world, they exist in our human society. They may be the people standing next to you in the subway, they may be the neighbors who greet you every day, or even your closest friends. They have taken root in our society, hiding a common secret, that is, they are different from humans.
Existences belonging to the Shadow Alien may include vampires, shapeshifters, superpowers, wizards and witches, as well as some fringe humans who swore to the elders of the alien world to keep secrets. The Shadowland is divided into four major alliances: the Dark Night Alliance of vampires, the Night Wolf Alliance of shape-shifters, the White Witch Alliance of white wizards and witches, and the Black Witch Alliance of black wizards and witches. The remaining marginalized humans have not established an alliance because they are few, but they call themselves the Sunlight Society.
There are several rules that must be observed in Shadowlands:
1. The existence of the foreign land cannot be revealed in any way to humans who do not belong to the foreign land.
2. You cannot fall in love with a human being who does not belong to a foreign land.
3. Humans cannot be turned into vampires or shape-shifters without authorization.
Of course, foreigners who break these rules will not end well. Some people choose to fall in love with humans who do not belong to a foreign land, and they have to pay a heavy price. This forbidden love is so tempting, even if it doesn't lead to a happy death, it still makes people sink into it.
