"The Great Desolation" says: At the beginning of eternity, there was chaos. The ancestral god Hongmeng created the world with one power, and created all things with one body. His mental power is exhausted, but his spiritual consciousness is immortal and turns into nothingness, called Hongmeng; his divine power is immortal and turns into a spirit, called Qi. From then on, the heaven and earth were pure and all things came into being, and yin and yang were differentiated and reincarnation began, thus entering the ancient times. At the beginning of the ancient times, all things came into being, and there were six people who gathered the spiritual energy of heaven and earth to achieve enlightenment. They are Qinglong, White Tiger, Suzaku, Xuanwu, Phoenix, and Gouchen. They are also called the Six Gods. They are born from the six realms and the five elements arise. At the end of the ancient times, the world encountered a great catastrophe, and all life was devastated. Only two out of ten survivors survived. The six gods used their divine power to reshape all things and establish a new order. This led to the ancient times, also known as the "Great Wilderness".
