During the Duanping period of the Southern Song Dynasty, wars broke out everywhere and the people were in dire straits. The young girl Wang Jingshu lived in seclusion in Kunlun Mountain with the two masters, and was ordered by her masters to go down the mountain to practice. Before Jingshu went down the mountain, she promised her masters three conditions: first, not to interfere in political affairs; second, not to interfere in gang disputes; and third, never to draw the Blood Ninja Sword out of its sheath unless absolutely necessary.
