If you look carefully, you will find that the protagonist of the story, Gwen, has been repeating one sentence: "I am just an ordinary girl."
Yes, she is just an ordinary girl who cannot be more ordinary.
In life, we always imagine that we have traveled to another space, have super powers, and can control the wind and rain. But in fact, we are all just ordinary people. When you really travel through time and space, you will have more troubles. It is not easy to bear the pain of being separated from your family and survive in such a turbulent world.
What I want to write about is Gwen, an ordinary girl you can see everywhere on the roadside. She is afraid of death, shrinks from moving forward, has no martial arts skills, and has no ability. This is her, slowly, little by little, starting to have her own dreams, having the people she wants to protect, and starting to become the person she wants to be.
This is her stormy gift.
What this story actually wants to express is that every girl, even if she is ordinary and as ordinary as grass, will eventually bloom like a flower when she really works hard.
