Meeting Lin Xia was probably the most unexpected thing that happened to me in high school. I used to think that high school was just about having fun and flirting with each other, talking about love, and then inspiring myself to go to college amidst the noise. But everything backfired. Who would have thought that what I met was the best among the scum. Fortunately, we still have the same dream to support us in moving forward. We have cried, made trouble, argued, scolded and laughed together. It is this kind of friendship that allows us to grow rapidly at the age of 18. We are 28-year-old kids who have the same dream, kids who once ran under the sun together, fearless of failure and meaningless success, and we walked through the entire high school together like this. With our dreams, with the people we love.
