God is almost omnipotent, but God will not teach his children. When the angels learn bad things from the humans who ascend to heaven, God can only wash away the memories of the angels and leave them on earth, hoping that the beautiful side of human nature can wash away the dirt of the angels. In the repeated reincarnations, most of the angels could not stick to their original intentions and became real humans. Those who stick to their true intentions are spurned.
