Shaohao, the Emperor of Heaven, said that the phoenix is the auspicious sign of the world, and it can bring peace and order to the world. So Qingli was taken to the Ninth Heavenly Palace when she was five hundred years old. She was responsible for cultivating the five virtues and choosing the destiny of the emperor and heir to the emperor, that is, choosing her own future husband.
