Before I begin, I would like to say a few words about my understanding of Jinghuang. The most important thing are two sentences: Jinghuang is not a cult, but a reasonable inference based on the original plot. Because at least judging from the TV series' memory setting, the three of Jing Huangshu were always together when they were children. Two boys and one girl, they are the childhood sweethearts of three people. It is very possible that Shuhuang is in love with Nihuang but Jingyan is silently unrequitedly in love with Nihuang. It is very possible that Xiaoshu lets go and bless Xiaoshu because he is his best friend. More importantly, after joining Jinghuang's love line, neither Shuhuang's nor Jingshu's feelings will be weakened. What moved me most about Jinghuang Line is that it can discover the kind of family affection between three people that transcends friendship and love, and is dependent on each other for life and death and unconditional trust. The magic of this golden triangle is that any two of them can match each other casually. However, whether in novels or TV series, the relationship between Jingsu and Shuhuang has been officially recognized, and Jingsu and Shuhuang have been downplayed in the book. After Mei Changsu returned to the imperial capital, Jinghuang seemed to be a complete stranger most of the time when he was in the same room. This may be somewhat inconsistent with the setting of Memory Kill. It is hard to imagine that Nihuang, who called Jingyan "His Royal Highness Prince Jing" very politely, would make "buffalo" jokes with Xiaoshu when he was a child. Even if this is because they haven't seen each other for twelve years, there is still no explanation.
Of course, my article only represents my personal possible exploration and understanding of Jinghuang's emotional line. It would be an honor if you have a close friend.
