I have read many novels in which the protagonists are either young and high-spirited, or they are young and deep and steady. Suddenly I wanted to write a story about two people who are no longer young. There is no ups and downs of passion between them, only understanding and companionship that run deep like still water. But who said that when the sun sets and the dusk crow returns to its nest, having someone beside you to hold your hand will mean that the years will not be peaceful?
(Originally it was called Wild Manchurian Grass. Later I found that there were too many articles with the same name and changed it, but I still think this article has the most appropriate name.)
